Add Dead Sea Salts to a bath with warm water (about 37°C).
Relax in the bath for 15-20 minutes.
Gently rinse your body with warm water afterward.
Use one pouch per bath for optimal results.
Alternatively, soak your feet in warm water or apply the salt solution to a soft cloth and place on joints for 20 minutes.
Follow with Rivage Body Lotion.
