Mancino Vermouth Chinato is an herbaceous, complex Italian aperitif and digestive created by Giancarlo Mancino, blending the three Mancino Vermouths (Secco, Rosso, and Bianco) with rich Barbera d'Asti DOCG red wine and the pure quinine from Calisaya bark.
